The Washington Electric Vehicle Instant Rebates program allows car dealers and OEMs to offer rebates as a discount at the point of sale to income-qualifying, eligible Washingtonians on the purchase or lease of new or used EVs.

This program is funded by the Washington State Department of Commerce to make EV ownership more attainable by driving down the purchase price or lease cost.
